Anchoring Material
"Anchoring materials" typically refer to various items used to secure or anchor objects firmly in place. In the context of construction or engineering, anchoring materials play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and safety of structures. These materials are designed to resist forces such as tension, shear, and vibration. Common types of anchoring materials include bolts, nuts, screws, anchors, and other fasteners, often made from materials like steel or other alloys. They are utilized in a variety of applications, such as securing heavy machinery, attaching structures to foundations, or providing stability to objects in challenging environments. The selection of anchoring materials depends on factors like the type of load, environmental conditions, and the specific requirements of the project. Quality and precision in manufacturing anchoring materials are vital to guarantee the overall integrity and reliability of the anchored structures.
Foundation Bolts
We are manufacturing foundation bolts as per IS 5624 as well as according to customer’s drawing and requirements from various kind of materials for majorly power plants, cement plants, sugar plants etc.

Sole Plates
In engineering, a sole plate is a metal plate that is used to provide a stable foundation for a motor, a gearbox, or other machinery. A sole plate is attached to the existing surface by grouting or bolting, and then the machine is mounted directly to the sole plate. A sole plate helps to reduce vibrations and align the machine properly. Sole plates are manufacturing as per customer drawing and requirements.
Materials / Grade | IS 2062, |
Size | Up to 3000mm Long |
Finish and Coating | Machined finish and Corrosion resistance applying |
Pipe Sleeves
Pipe sleeves are used to protect foundation bolts, cables etc. Pipe sleeves are fabricated from pipes and angles. Depending on the purpose and application, A pipe sleeve can be made of various materials like Carbon steel, Cast Iron, Stainless steel etc.
Materials / Grade | IS 1239, SA 106 GR B |
Size | 2” to 12” |
Finish and Coating | Blasting and Primer painting |
Insert Plates
Insert plates are embedded into concrete columns to connect steel beams. they are used to mount a machine-this will reduce the bearing pressure on concrete, due to the concentrated load. The size and thickness depends on the load.
